Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Same Day Care Cambridge

Job Summary:
Allina Health is a not-for-profit organization with a commitment to Whole Person Care. Our Primary Care providers partner with Mental Health services and the Penny George Institute to provide comprehensive care. We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Same Day Cambridge Clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with patients to improve their health and well-being.
- Practice in a thoughtful manner, considering cultural diversity and individual autonomy.
- Participate in a multidisciplinary team approach to case management.
- Utilize quality improvement tools to develop processes that promote continuous improvement in patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
- MD, DO, or foreign equivalency training required.
- BE/BC with ABMS or AOA required.
- Active, non-restricted medical license in MN (or ability to obtain).
- Ability to obtain and/or maintain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI).
- Ability to meet criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and hospital privileges, if applicable.
Physical Demands:
Medium Work: Lifting weight up to 32 lbs. occasionally, up to 25 lbs. frequently.
