Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our team at USA Clinics Group. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
  • Assist with medical procedures, including preparing patients for exams and procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized procedure room.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Perform various clerical tasks, such as data entry, filing, and faxing.
  • Collaborate with ultrasound staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of relevant Medical Assistant experience required.
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CCMA/CMA/RMA) preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and strong computer skills.
