Job Opportunity

Enterprise Medical Recruiting is seeking an experienced Associate Program Director to join our client's Family Medicine Residency Program in Memphis, TN.

About the Role
  • Lead the development and implementation of the residency program's curriculum and educational activities.
  • Collaborate with the Program Director to ensure the program's accreditation and compliance with ACGME standards.
  • Recruit and manage a diverse group of residents, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in the program.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and healthcare organizations to enhance the program's reputation and opportunities.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the program's strategic planning and decision-making processes.
Requirements
  • Board certification in Family Medicine or related specialty.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a residency program or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, faculty, and staff.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
