Waterway Carwash is seeking highly motivated and ambitious individuals to join its renowned Manager Training and Development Program in the Kansas City Area.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is $50,000 in year one, increasing to $55,833 in year two, and $61,167 in year three. Additionally, managers may earn paid per hour, with more hours resulting in higher earnings.

Job Description

This leadership development program focuses on retail operations, emphasizing excellent customer service, team management, and store production plans. As a manager at Waterway Carwash, you will be responsible for leading daily operations while participating in our structured program to enhance business and leadership skills.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every visitor.
  • Effectively manage daily operations, lead teams to meet customer expectations, and maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment.
  • Coordinate daily store production, staff based on forecasted business needs, and adjust in response to changes in demand.
  • Complete all required administrative tasks punctually and accurately, respond to customer and employee concerns, and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns or failures.
  • Lead, manage, and supervise employees, providing daily direction and coaching to enhance performance and employee satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A current and valid driver's license;
  • An associate's degree or above, or at least 2 years of experience in supervisory or management roles, professional sales, or military leadership;
  • Availability to work a retail schedule (5 out of 7 days, 45 hours, including weekends and holidays);
  • At least 16 years of age; and
  • Authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship.
