Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
  • Consult with customers and internal production teams to create customized products that meet their needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or alternatives.
  • Manage customer communication, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Process customer transactions efficiently using our POS system.
  • Support customer needs through effective use of order management software and internal communication.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer support or sales role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with active listening.
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
  • Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively.
  • Organized and strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel.
  • Ability to swiftly move between multiple programs.
  • Highly reliable and punctual.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Comfortable working in a start-up environment.
  • Driven and eager to learn and grow your career.
