Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
- Consult with customers and internal production teams to create customized products that meet their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or alternatives.
- Manage customer communication, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
- Process customer transactions efficiently using our POS system.
- Support customer needs through effective use of order management software and internal communication.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer support or sales role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with active listening.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
- Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Organized and strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel.
- Ability to swiftly move between multiple programs.
- Highly reliable and punctual.
- Flexible and adaptable to change.
- Comfortable working in a start-up environment.
