Strategic Business Development Executive

Bizowie, a rapidly growing cloud-based provider of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions, seeks an ambitious Enterprise Sales Representative to drive new business pipeline execution.
Job OverviewThis is an in-office position that requires the ideal candidate to own the sales cycle from initial customer prospecting to product implementation hand-off. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be technically adept, and able to understand the ERP platform in its entirety.
Key Responsibilities:- Own the sales cycle from initial customer prospecting through product selection and implementation hand-off.
- Professionally interact with prospective customers, answer questions, gather customer needs, qualify opportunities, and set appointments for customer and product fit assessment.
- Follow up with prospective customers throughout all stages of the sales cycle.
- Lead the customer through a product demonstration relevant to their verbalized key requirements and current bottlenecks.
- Thoroughly document all sales activities in our CRM software.
- Identify new sales prospects via provided lead channels and database research.
- Resolve customer concerns with features and benefits within the software platform.
- Prepare a customer for what to expect during an ERP implementation with Bizowie.
- Provide clean hand-offs to the implementation team, including high-level customer requirements and goals.
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study or 5+ years of sales experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to flexibly interact with prospects via telephone, email, video conference, and other media.
- Technically adept and able to understand our ERP platform in its entirety.
- Self-starter with the ability and willingness to understand, translate, and document a customer's unique business processes.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to properly qualify potential customers to ensure there is proper fit from both the software and customer perspective.
- Ability to identify and communicate with the key decision maker(s) early in the sales process.
- Ability to take instruction and run with feedback from leadership team in all aspects of the sales process.
- Willingness to adopt new processes and changes as the organization sees fit.
- Strong ability to work within a team environment with a singular vision.
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, depending on location, and may include additional compensation packages.
