About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse with expertise in occupational health nursing to lead our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing health and wellness initiatives, including disability case management, disease/condition management, injury prevention, first aid/emergency preparedness, and health education/promotion.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients, employers, and other professionals to prioritize interventions, develop and implement programs, and evaluate care and service delivery. A strong focus on research-based practices and a commitment to optimizing health, preventing illness and injury, and reducing health hazards are essential.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with client company management and employees to establish/maintain a safe and healthy work environment
  • Develop and operate occupational health programs according to established guidelines and regulations
  • Provide health education/screening/counseling and ensure first aid/emergency preparedness
  • Assess and manage pre- and post-absence and disability risk factors
  • Prioritize interventions and develop targeted plans for chronic conditions

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
  • COHN, CCM, or CDMS certification or willingness to obtain within 1 year
  • 5-7 years' experience in occupational health nursing or related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated at $80,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
