Housekeeper Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Aspen Healthcare Services INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients and visitors.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and emptying trash
  • Abide by safety protocols when handling chemical cleaning products and maintain housekeeping carts in good condition
  • Clean and tidy assigned areas to high standards within designated timelines
  • Maintain accurate records of serviced rooms and areas
  • Report equipment needs, policy violations, and patient changes in conditions
  • Handle guest complaints and requests in a professional manner
Requirements:
  • Ability to operate standard housekeeping equipment
  • Excellent customer service skills and communication style
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
