Regional Manager Opportunity

Wallick Communities is seeking a seasoned Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of affordable housing properties in the Columbus, Ohio area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting the daily business functions of our communities, ensuring financial performance, staff satisfaction, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of financial performance and budget management
  • Leadership and development of community staff
  • Talent acquisition and management
  • Compliance with governing regulations and company policies
  • Maintenance of community standards and operating budgets

About You:

  • 6-8 years of experience in property management or a similar environment
  • Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience over multiple locations
  • Advanced knowledge of applicable laws and regulations governing public housing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
