Job Description

This role as a Customer Success Specialist is a critical position that requires a customer-focused individual to develop and maintain long-term business relationships. The ideal candidate will have a hybrid of skills to master technology and manage customer relationships, with excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. The successful candidate will be able to drive problem-solving, analyze potential solutions, and make clear and informed recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management
  • Conduct customer product and software training sessions
  • Communicate and identify solutions for potential growth opportunities
  • Manage customer issue resolution
  • Effectively communicate with customers
  • Ensure metrics are achieved and aligned with overall company goals
  • Coordinate with sales, support, and software teams to deliver value to customers
  • Share best practices with team members to enhance customer support
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of work experience in customer service/account management
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
  • Relationship building skills
  • Excellent follow-up skills and ability to ensure tasks are completed
  • Competent with Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in account management or software/technology industry
  • Bilingual
  • Salesforce, Jira, Basecamp
Flexible Work Schedule - Hybrid Work Option and Core Hours
This role offers a hybrid work-from-home option up to three days a week and a core hour schedule. The successful candidate will be able to flex their start and stop times while working during the core hours of 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Our teams work together to ensure our chosen work schedules enable creativity and productivity while serving our customers.
