Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Director, Enterprise Sales to join our team in San Francisco or New York City. As a key member of our Enterprise Business team, you will be responsible for selling our FX & Payment API product to large global businesses across North America.

Your primary focus will be on acquiring new enterprise customers through your existing network and experience. You will own and drive the entire deal cycle from prospecting to close, identifying new companies, use cases, and prospects through research and collaboration with our strategy and sales enablement team.

You will also provide regular reporting against KPIs, metrics, and targets, ensuring the best customer experience and on-boarding process for new customers, negotiating partnership agreements and commercial contracts in conjunction with legal, finance, and strategy teams.

This role offers significant commission and share option upside for hitting revenue targets, making it an excellent opportunity for a top-performing sales professional looking to make a real impact in the fintech industry.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have at least 8 years of experience selling complex technology products to enterprise accounts, with a proven track record of delivering key outcomes, including KPIs and revenue targets.

You should be willing to travel as required and have a broad existing network of key decision-makers for payments solutions at target prospects. A technical mindset, with prior experience in selling complex, API-driven solutions, is essential, along with excellent communication and solution-selling skills tailored to customer needs.
