GPS/Fuel Station Coordinator Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to manage the inventory of GPS devices, track devices via Excel Spreadsheet, and act as Global Admin on a web app used to track GPS devices and assets. The successful candidate will also be responsible for issuing and deleting fuel cards, retaining invoices, submitting diesel requisitions to DTE, taking fuel deliveries, ensuring pumps are maintained, scheduling maintenance, and interfacing with Security and Fordland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain inventory of all active working GPS devices
  • Track all devices via Excel Spreadsheet
  • Act as Global Admin on web app used to track GPS devices and assets
  • Issue and delete fuel cards
  • Retain invoices
  • Submit diesel requisitions to DTE
  • Take fuel deliveries
  • Ensure pumps are maintained
  • Schedule maintenance
  • Interface with Security and Fordland

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Very tech-savvy with websites and online tools
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and Outlook
  • Wonderful follow-up and organizational skills
