About the Role

Our Manufacturing Engineers play a crucial role in the success of Lexington Manufacturing. This collaborative position is dedicated to ensuring the voice of both internal and external customers is considered and incorporated into all project solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Study product requirements and research manufacturing equipment to design, modify, and test solutions.
  • Confer with equipment vendors to define deliverables and completion dates.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure project solutions meet customer needs.
Requirements
  • Prior manufacturing experience with blueprint reading is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering-related field or manufacturing discipline, or at least 5 years' experience in a related field.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Understanding and application of LEAN concepts.
