About the Role

We are seeking a talented Pediatrician to join our team at Reidsville Pediatrics in Reidsville, NC. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced physicians and staff to deliver high-quality care to children and families in our community.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues. You will be expected to work collaboratively as part of our multidisciplinary team, providing comprehensive care that addresses the physical, emotional, and social needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to children and adolescents in a variety of settings, including well-child visits, sick visits, and specialty consultations.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, therapists, and specialists, to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop effective treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
About the Location

Reidsville, NC, is a charming town located just north of Greensboro, offering a high quality of life and access to a wide range of amenities, including outdoor recreational opportunities, cultural events, and educational institutions.

We offer a competitive salary range of $220,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits package and 4-day workweek.
