Overview: As a key member of the XPO Logistics team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and supporting local sales in national and strategic accounts.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

Job Description:

  • Foster strong relationships with customers to drive long-term growth and increase share of wallet within existing customer bases.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Account Executives, Executives, and Support Specialists, to develop and execute sales strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for improvement and provide actionable insights to inform sales and marketing decisions.
  • Work closely with Business Services teams to ensure seamless execution and support sales efforts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive business growth and expand market share.

Key Objectives: Grow share of wallet within existing customer base, gain share of wallet from new customers, and grow overall market share.
