We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Equipment Specialist to join our team at New Hampshire Ball Bearings, Inc. in Peterborough. As a Machine Set Up Technician, you will play a critical role in producing precision bearing components for the U.S. Military and other defense industries.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

About the Job:

The Machine Set Up Technician is responsible for setting up, adjusting, and operating various machinery to exacting tolerances and finish requirements. You will follow standard procedures and certified processes to prepare for production runs, ensuring quality and efficiency in your work.

You will also be responsible for training new hires, providing assistance to team members, and performing mathematical calculations for machine and materials. Additionally, you will ensure that all safety rules and regulations are followed in the workplace.

About the Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of two years (2) experience on machines
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to diagnose machine problems and make recommendations to correct them
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
