Salary and BenefitsThe estimated hourly wage for this position is $34.67 - $50.90 per hour. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical coverage, dental and vision insurance, life and disability coverage, flexible spending accounts, and more.
Our 401(k) plan offers a 100% match on 3% to 9% of pay (based on years of service). We also provide education assistance, consumer discounts, and a colleague recognition program.
Job DescriptionThis is a dynamic role that requires strong assessment and planning skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for assessing patient care needs, managing pain, and providing age-appropriate care to patients based on their physical, psychosocial, cultural, safety, and learning needs.
Your role will also involve performing delegated duties consistent with your scope of practice and functioning within the philosophy and overall plan of care delivery.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need a graduate degree from an accredited nursing school, a current registered nurse license in the State of Colorado or compact license, and current BCLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications.
