Job Title: Senior Employee Benefits Account Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Employee Benefits Account Manager to join our team at Adams Keegan. As a key liaison between clients and internal teams, you will be responsible for managing complex employee benefits accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned employee benefits accounts, understand client needs, objectives, and challenges, and provide proactive support and address inquiries promptly.
- Account Maintenance: Coordinate renewals, open enrollments, and plan changes, collaborate with carriers and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery, and monitor compliance with regulations and industry standards.
- Problem Resolution: Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly, advocate for clients within the organization, and ensure timely and effective communication.
- Sales Support: Process applications, payments, and enrollments, assist in proposal development and presentations, and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in insurance or benefits-related field.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficient software experience, including strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Life & Health Insurance License or willing to obtain.
