Enterprise Architect Lead

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead our Midstream IT team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of enterprise environments and be able to support the creation of current and future state plans that align with our strategic priorities.

• Develop and implement enterprise architecture standards and guidelines.
• Collaborate with executive management to influence and shape strategic initiatives.
• Define and drive the enterprise architecture vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Lead the identification of disruptive forces and investment guidance.
• Conduct trend analysis and provide strategic direction.
• Provide a framework for architectural decision-making, including assessment of technology options.
• Assess and mitigate risks associated with enterprise architecture decisions.
• Lead the resolution of complex architectural challenges and conflicts.
• Oversee innovation tracking and management.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for architectural innovation.
• Guide the analysis of business and operating models.
• Take charge of constructing future-state business models.
• Drive analysis of future-state capabilities and organizational requirements.
• Integrate emerging technologies effectively.
• Develop and manage implementation plans for the portfolio.
• Guide and mentor other architects and teams on enterprise architecture principles and practices.
• Lead collaboration with business architects and leaders.
• Ensure alignment and coordination of architecture activities.
• Present comprehensive IT investment roadmaps and gap analyses.

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant architecture experience.
• Experience in geographically diverse hydrocarbon & logistics domains.
• Expert knowledge and experience with enterprise architecture patterns.
• Experience with agile delivery.
• Experience in Operational Technology.

• Experience with building and designing enterprise solution strategies and roadmaps and supporting their execution by working with highly skilled and diverse integrated project teams.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly understand and adopt new technologies and concepts.
• Experience working within an organization with common IT practices, frameworks, such as TOGAF, Lean Six Sigma, Agile (SAFe), etc.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, microservices architecture, and containerization.

• Proficiency in widely used architecture frameworks like TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) or Zachman Framework.
