About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to lead our ServiceNow development initiatives. As a Principal ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform that meet the complex needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the full software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow applications and integrations.
  • Design scalable, robust, and innovative ServiceNow solutions that align with business needs and technical requirements.
  • Provide deep expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SecOps, HRSD, and others.
  • Mentor and lead a team of ServiceNow developers, offering guidance and support in code reviews, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation using the ServiceNow platform.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems, ensuring data consistency and smooth operation across platforms.
  • Ensure all ServiceNow solutions adhere to security standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, with 6+ years of relevant experience, OR
  • Master's degree in a related field with 4+ years of relevant experience, OR
  • 6+ years of equivalent work experience in ServiceNow development and administration without a degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • Advanced/Specialized Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.)

We offer a competitive salary range of $127,500.00-$184,800.00, an annual bonus with a target of 30% of the earned base salary, and eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program. Benefits include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday, and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
