Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at TLC Operations, Inc. As a CNA, you will play a critical role in providing direct care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with personal care needs of residents, including skin care, bathing, feeding, toileting needs, personal grooming, etc.
  • Provide quality supervision and interaction with residents.
  • Perform CNA duties, such as taking vital signs, medication administration, proper positioning, repositioning, treatments, etc. as assigned by the Director of Nursing (DON).
Requirements:
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Current CNA certification required.
  • Preference given to applicants with experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Working Conditions:

This position requires flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and overnights. The successful candidate must be able to lift up to 40 pounds independently and routinely lift from 41 to 140 pounds with additional staff assistance.

Compensation:

The salary for this position is estimated at $18.00-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
