We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Telehealth Nurse Specialist to join our team at Emerald Health Services in a 13-week contract position. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work as a Travel RN on our Med Tele unit, providing exceptional patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, developing comprehensive care plans that address their unique requirements.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement care plans, monitor patient progress, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting healthy behaviors and self-management techniques.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of policies and procedures that enhance patient care.

Requirements:

A valid WA state nursing license.At least two years of experience working as a Registered Nurse (RN).Demonstrated expertise in Cardiac Monitoring, including interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, and use of Rapid Response Teams.Knowledge of IV Insulin Protocols, feeding tube care and management, Peripheral Line Care/Management, and starting IVs.BLS certification.ACLS certification preferred.
