At M3 USA, we are seeking a highly skilled Research Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to lead and support the Research function across all components of our organization.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health and dental insurance, life and disability insurance, a prescription plan, flexible spending account, 401(k) plan with company match, paid holidays and vacation time, and sick days.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sourcing paths to identify top talent across the healthcare industry within various divisions or verticals. This will involve creating a diverse sourcing process while adhering to legal and ethical standards, researching and identifying essential skills, experience, keywords, certifications, and other relevant information for various roles.

The Research Manager will also participate in client introduction calls to assist in setting up successful recruitment strategies, conduct industry landscapes, competitor analysis, and hiring trend data to aid in recruitment, and contribute to search strategy sessions with insights on the talent pool in given locations, industries, and roles.

In addition, the successful candidate will be expected to document search strategies, conduct follow-up review sessions to validate paths and proposed next steps, provide ongoing research support for new path requests throughout each search project, and provide additional recruiter support to help interact with potential prospects and aid in sourcing and other internal processes or projects.

This role requires expertise in utilizing all tools, resources, subscriptions, and databases to identify candidates, entering data/ parsing profiles of selected prospects, and loading them into individual search projects within a specified turnaround period per request. The Research Manager will also advise internal employees on best practices for research/recruitment tools, develop and teach new research personnel to adhere to internal process, master techniques, and excel in their duties, manage vendor relationships with external lead generation platforms, and provide reporting on usage and effectiveness of these platforms.
