Relationship Banker

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Assistant II to join our team at Partners Bank. This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent sales, service, and interpersonal skills.

About the Role:

• The successful candidate will be responsible for selling and servicing all deposit and some consumer loan products, handling various customer inquiries and problem resolution, and processing a wide variety of transactions.
• They will also be proficient in the use of various teller and customer service equipment and technology, and will utilize needs-based sales techniques to uncover opportunities and recommend appropriate products and services to meet customer needs.
• This role requires strong organizational, technical, and computer skills, as well as the ability to adapt to change and effectively multi-task.

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of two years of experience in a branch or call center environment, with a proven track record of success in sales and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of customers and colleagues.
• Strong product knowledge and understanding of banking processes, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
