**Job Summary**

The Facilities Maintenance Specialist provides cleaning and upkeep of assigned areas. This role is ideal for individuals entering the workforce or returning with limited experience and education.

**Responsibilities:**

• Clean and maintain buildings/facilities
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment
• Notify Manager concerning the need for minor or major repairs
• Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships
• Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards

**Pay:** $18.00 Hourly Rate

• No experience required and on the job training provided
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
