Behavior Therapist for Autism Support

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician. In this rewarding role, you will work directly with clients, building rapport and assisting with daily activities. Your expertise will be invaluable in implementing behavior reduction and skill acquisition strategies tailored to each client's specific needs.

Key Responsibilities- Provide ABA services to clients in their natural environments
- Implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition strategies
- Build rapport with clients and their families
- Assist with daily activities and provide support as needed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- A web-enabled device (laptop/tablet) for completing hiring process and note-taking during sessions
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Empathy, critical thinking skills, communication skills, and patience
We offer a competitive salary range of $19-28 per hour based on experience, education, and certifications in the ABA field. Additionally, you will receive paid 40-hour RBT training, paid drive time between sessions, and opportunities for growth and professional development.

We estimate that the annual salary for this position is approximately $39,200 - $57,760, depending on experience and qualifications.
