Telecommunications Laborer

We are seeking a skilled Telecommunications Laborer to join our team at Texstar Enterprises, LLC. As a Laborer, you will play a critical role in the installation and maintenance of underground telecommunications infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general labor duties related to telecommunications construction, including loading, driving, and delivery of construction materials and equipment.
• Assist in the installation and maintenance of underground telecommunications cabling.
• Operate or work around heavy equipment and machinery, including trucks, cars, backhoes, and trenchers.
• Maintain safe working habits and conditions according to all regulations, procedures, and policies.

Requirements:

• At least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• Valid standard Driver's License or Class A Commercial Driver's License.
• Basic knowledge of and ability to operate various types of utility trucks and equipment in a safe manner.
• Basic knowledge of and ability to use hand tools and equipment in a safe manner.
• Ability to read prints and interpret utility maps to identify the type and size of underground utilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs as needed with or without assistance.
• Ability to work overtime, after hours, on weekends, for emergencies, or on-call.
• Ability to maintain a safe work environment.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
