Job Summary:

The Employee Health Services Coordinator will assist with the planning, scheduling, and coordination of EHS clinic activities, including both clinical and non-clinical support. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with the planning, scheduling, and coordination of EHS clinic activities
- Provide administrative support for the EHS department
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

- High School diploma or equivalent required
- One year of healthcare-related experience preferred
- Knowledge of secretarial and office administrative procedures
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite of tools

Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
