We are currently accepting applications for an Admissions Administrative Assistant at our Richmond Campus.

About the Position

This role is responsible for administrative office duties assigned to the Admissions department. The successful candidate will be highly organized, have excellent customer service skills, and be able to effectively manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.

Main Responsibilities:

• Log admissions activities daily, including CRM and Banner system entries.
• Enter and update lead and contact data in the CRM system on a timely basis, including appointments, phone comments, and interview comments.
• Process and input applications and enrolled new students daily, sending transcripts and immunization history as needed.
• Review enrollment paperwork, prepare enrollment folders for acceptance committee, and ensure all applicable paperwork is submitted and completed according to current policies and procedures.
• Order office supplies and maintain acceptable levels to complete the mission of the department.
• Process correspondence for the Admissions Director as needed.
• Maintain enrollment and visit logs daily.
• File and maintain new student folders according to current directives.
• Process postage in compliance with U.S. Postal regulations daily.
• Work closely with the Admissions Office Coordinator to maintain a smooth-running office.
• Maintain new student spreadsheet information.
• Cover the front desk when needed.
• Complete weekly inquiry report and systems milestone report.
• Generate lead spreadsheet broken down by representative weekly and by term.
• Support New Student Orientations, providing sign-in sheets and support materials needed for orientation.
• Assist with new student entrance testing, student events, and other special projects as needed.
• Work with new students and admissions department to ensure students are clinically compliant.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the Admissions Director.

Requirements

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of previous office support and customer service experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and effective time management and organizational skills.
