Marketing Account Manager

At Targetbase, we're seeking a highly skilled Marketing Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our agency, you'll be responsible for managing and coordinating agency resources to ensure that account needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate agency resources to meet account needs
- Act as the daily internal contact and ensure all projects are completed on time, on specification, within scope, and on budget
- Provide support, information, and knowledge needed from the competencies
- Coordinate with other team members to monitor ongoing progress and make adjustments as needed
- Keep the account team updated on the status of account activities and produce communication materials for both internal and external teams
- Gather database-related work specifications from clients and/or team members and provide concise and appropriate written specifications
- Build and maintain a thorough understanding of the client's business and competitive environment
- Develop a positive and partnering relationship with all team members
- Oversee the accuracy and quality of agency product and assist with quality assurance
- Track and reconcile costs posted to the billing system and handle revenue forecasting at the project level
- Schedule and lead project status meetings and document status
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in marketing/advertising agency, professional services firm, or in-house digital marketing team
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration
- Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask and set priorities
- Aptitude for relationship development and desire for client-facing responsibility
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to write and communicate effectively, and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Enthusiasm about direct-to-consumer marketing and interest in the creative and production process
- General understanding of customer experience principles and exposure/interest in relational database/CRM technology
- Proficient in MS Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
We work a hybrid schedule, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. Candidates must be local to the Raleigh area and willing to be onsite in the office 3 days a week.
