Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team in The Villages. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for connecting with clients, building relationships, and delivering outstanding results.

  • You will stay in touch with clients to boost sales and cultivate connections that deeply resonate with them.
  • You will meet with potential buyers and sellers to understand their desires in a home and show them properties that perfectly match their criteria.
  • You will host engaging open houses to highlight our listings and oversee the entire process from listing to closing.
  • You will attract potential clients to generate new business opportunities and become a local expert in the community and market.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in real estate.
  • A tech-savvy mindset and excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • You will be self-motivated and driven by ambition, with excellent organization and time management skills.
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this position.
