Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Blood Draws and Specimen Collections: Perform blood draws and specimen collections with precision and accuracy, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care.
  • Navigate the Greater Bay Area: Safely transport samples and equipment across diverse patient demographics, utilizing reliable transportation methods to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
  • Maintain Supplies and Equipment: Effectively manage and maintain supplies and equipment, guaranteeing readiness for all types of jobs and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Process Patient Samples: Accurately process patient samples, adhering to strict procedural standards and ensuring prompt delivery to laboratories.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Certified Phlebotomy License: Possess an active and current Certified Phlebotomy License in the state of California.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Hold a High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) or equivalent education/experience.
  • Phlebotomy Experience: Enjoy at least 6 months of high-volume phlebotomy experience, with a strong preference for candidates with prior experience in mobile or forensic phlebotomy.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Computer Proficiency: Showcase prior experience with electronic medical record systems and proficiency in using computer software programs such as G-Suite, Airtable, Slack, and O365.
