Enterprisemed is proud to offer an exciting opportunity for an ENT specialist to join our dynamic otolaryngology practice in the Baltimore metro area. Our practice is well-established and busy, providing an excellent quality of life with flexible workweek options. You will be part of a team of two board-certified physicians and an experienced clinical support staff.
Key Highlights:
- In-office procedures: balloon sinuplasty, turbinate reduction, pressure equalization tube placement, minor sinus surgery, closed nasal reduction, and more
- A full complement of ancillary services including allergy, audiology, and hearing aid sales
- Opportunity to work directly with rhinology fellows
- Fellows take first call (secondary call is minimal)
Compensation and Benefits:
Our practice offers a competitive compensation package, including a guaranteed salary, bonus, and comprehensive benefits. You will also receive a $100,000 signing bonus, 401K retirement plan with a match, generous CME allowance, and paid malpractice with tail coverage.
