Job Summary

We are seeking an Advanced Care Professional to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. This role will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in outpatient and surgical settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • To assess, develop, implement, and evaluate patient plans of care.
  • To provide safe, effective, and patient-centered care.
  • To supervise and mentor licensed and non-licensed staff members.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Associate Nursing degree.
  • Registered Nurse (KY) licensure.
Salary and Benefits
