Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team at Colorado Solutions Inc. in the Denver location.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and new clients, providing tailored service and product solutions during one-on-one meetings
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Collaborate with management staff to stay informed about new client products, services, sales promotions, and policies
  • Client Support: Interact with clients in a professional and friendly manner, actively listening to their concerns and resolving issues promptly
  • Confidentiality: Handle confidential customer information with sensitivity and discretion according to client compliance and privacy policies
  • Process Improvement: Suggest areas for improvement to management staff to increase consumer and client satisfaction
  • Professional Representation: Represent the organization and clients in a professional business manner at all times
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing position
  • Teamwork: Ability to follow directions and excel in a team-oriented environment
  • Adaptability: Technologically savvy and able to quickly learn new sales programs and adjust to sales equipment updates
  • Organizational Skills: Superior organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills with high emotional intelligence
  • Ethics: Value transparency, honesty, and will always do the right thing even when no one is watching

This is an entry-level role with substantial opportunities for advancement. Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to the Denver location daily are highly preferred. Estimated salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
