Benefits Coordinator

At HireRight, Inc., we're seeking a skilled Benefits Administrator to manage our employee benefits programs. This role is ideal for someone with experience in benefits administration and strong organizational skills.
About the JobThis position involves administering daily operations of US and Canada group benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, flexible spending plans, retirement plans, tuition reimbursement, and other company-sponsored benefits. You'll collaborate with the benefits contact center to assist employees with enrollment, life events, dependent verification, and benefits issues or concerns.
Responsibilities- Administer day-to-day operations of US and Canada group benefits programs
- Collaborate with benefits contact center to assist employees
- Educate employees on available benefits
- Provide new hires with benefit materials and assist in enrollment
- Support open enrollment processes
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-3 years of benefits administration experience
- Ability to speak and write English
- Proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables, V-look ups, formulas)
- Experience with UKG or similar HRIS systems
