What you'll do:


After completing the Trane Technologies Graduate Training Program, you'll assume the responsibilities of an Associate Account Manager, specializing in Systems, Services, or Controls. You'll sell the world's most complete line of efficient heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment and building management controls to our commercial, industrial, and institutional customers. You'll work with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners/developers to design, apply, and sell systems, controls, parts, and services for our customer's buildings.


Travel/Location of GTP:


Relocation for 5 months of training in La Crosse, WI, and less than 15% in a defined geographic location after La Crosse, WI training.


What you'll bring:


Possess a bachelor's degree in engineering (open to all engineering areas of emphasis). Be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future. Possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, ability to provide proof of insurance, and have no major or frequent traffic violations.
