Job Title: Senior System Analyst

At Synechron, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior System Analyst to join our team. As a Senior System Analyst, you will be responsible for executing in-depth analysis on complex projects and influencing business partners to develop recommendations that address business needs and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, designing, and developing systems, processes, and procedures that address complex business requirements.
  • Gather, review, analyze, and translate business requirements and functions into well-organized systems designs, user stories, and actionable solutions.
  • Establish strong relationships with stakeholders, product teams, project management teams, engineering teams, and external vendors.
  • Create technical documents, such as flow diagrams, state & sequence diagrams, and process and procedure documentations.
  • Assist with gap identification, gap prioritization, and gap solution design efforts after business requirements gathering and initial systems configuration and systems.
  • Collaborate with internal and external technical teams to plan, design, and develop solutions.
  • Lead efforts to identify areas of improvement in existing business processes and applications.
  • Develop expertise and become the Subject Matter Expert on the applications.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting issues, working with vendors for product support, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and managing issues to resolution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Preferred skills and experience include 8+ years of experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role, solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, strong experience in data-mapping using XML and JSON, solid understanding of REST and SOAP API Integrations patterns, familiarity with cloud environments, and familiarity with agile development methodologies.
