This Aircraft Quality Assurance Inspector - Paint Shop Specialist position at Dassault Falcon Jet Corp is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team. Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in aircraft inspection and quality control. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

As an Aircraft Quality Assurance Inspector - Paint Shop Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Inspecting paint at all critical stages to ensure compliance with engineering definitions and specifications;
  • Completing inspection checklists to identify any process discrepancies or issues;
  • Communicating effectively with Quality Assurance (QA) teams to resolve any deviations or non-compliance issues;
  • Validating paint thickness measurements using provided equipment;
  • Performing visual airworthiness inspections after aircraft return to production hangar;
  • Maintaining accurate records and providing detailed daily reports on aircraft quality status;
  • Providing general support to resolve quality problems occurring in the paint shop;
  • Maintaining good team relationships by communicating effectively with paint team members;

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school education or equivalent;
  • At least 2 years of experience in aircraft airframe nomenclature, including 2 years of aircraft paint experience within the last 5 years;
  • Strong knowledge of the metric system and technical information contained in aircraft maintenance manuals;
  • Ability to read, write, and understand technical information with ease;
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to manage and solve technical issues efficiently;
  • Ability to walk up aircraft tail stands up to 20 feet in height, stand, and kneel for extended periods with or without reasonable accommodation;

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
