Office Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Engineer to join our team. As an Office Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting construction supervision and field inspection for building construction projects. You will coordinate between field inspectors and contractor's representative to supervise the work being performed and testing being conducted. You will also monitor the progress of the work and report any major deviations from schedule, contract price, or quantity of the work. Additionally, you will support construction manager in project management, contract administration, and quality assurance and control. You will track submittals by contractor to ensure reviews and approvals are in place prior to construction. You will maintain records, books, docs, papers, accounting records relevant to the cost incurred during the performance of the work. You will perform final inspection, preparation of punch list, contract completion, final acceptance and close out. Other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or similar with 3-5 years of experience. You must have access to reliable transportation. You should be client-focused, always striving to give clients the best solutions. You should have a strong commitment to innovation by creating new and better ways to solve clients' toughest challenges. You should have high levels of integrity, always doing the right thing in an ethical, fair, and sustainable way. You should have demonstrated experience of collaboration in a diverse and inclusive team, working together toward technical excellence.
