The Dialysis Home Therapies Nurse coordinates the administrative and clinical aspects of the home dialysis program, including home hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis treatment options. This role involves communicating with patients and support staff to ensure the highest standards of care. The ideal candidate will have experience in nursing and dialysis, with a strong focus on patient care and coordination. Responsibilities include collaborating with the medical team on patient care concerns, coordinating home training sessions and clinic visits, and monitoring patient supply ordering and usage. The successful candidate will also create and maintain accurate record keeping, patient training, and documentation in accordance with ESRD Network, regulatory agencies, and DCI's policies and procedures. Compensation: Pay range from $33-$45 per hour, depending on nursing and dialysis experience.
