About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team at Pursuit Collection. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our warehouse operations.

Job Summary

The Warehouse Operations Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations, working closely with the manager and warehouse associates to achieve accurate processing of merchandise. Key responsibilities include coordinating with retail operations on inventory priorities, count issues, and invoicing problems, executing proper receiving, storage, and rotation of product, meeting trucks and assisting with unloading of merchandise, and loading orders by hand directly onto trucks or pallets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a leader in conjunction with the manager for the warehouse associates and ensure accurate processing of merchandise
  • Coordinate with retail operations team on inventory priorities, count issues, and invoicing issues
  • Execute proper receiving, storage, and rotation of product
  • Meet trucks and assist with unloading of merchandise
  • Load orders by hand directly onto trucks or pallets
  • May be required to operate box truck or other vehicle to run deliveries as required
  • Ensure all items have accurate UPC's, costing, and retail prices to drive margin dollars
  • Receive product and ensure accuracy with invoices received
  • Coordinate packing, pricing, and shipping of merchandise
  • Ensure safe keeping for all merchandise from potential theft or damage
  • Re-price merchandise as required
  • Advise retail operations manager of potential problems related to timely and accurate handling of merchandise
  • Keep record of potential safety and maintenance issues and communicate details to supervisor
  • Be a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties
Requirements
  • Prior retail and warehouse experience preferred
  • Prior experience in receiving, verifying, and invoice processing preferred
  • Work-ethic and commitment to the team and guest is key
  • Be willing and able to work solo or as part of a team
