Courier/Non-DOT-2 Driver

As a Courier/Non-DOT-2, you will be responsible for delivering and picking up packages in a safe and efficient manner. You will be the face of FedEx, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our customers receive their packages on time.
Key Responsibilities- Operate company vehicles in a safe and responsible manner
- Deliver and pick up packages, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Check shipments for conformance to FedEx features of service
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- No prior experience necessary
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and maneuver packages of any weight with assistance
- Good human relations and communication skills
- Valid driver's license for the type of vehicle assigned
- Previous experience in a delivery or transportation role
- Knowledge of FedEx features of service and delivery procedures
