Job Overview

We are seeking a responsible and energetic Program Coordinator to lead our After-School program at Small Beginnings Childcare Center in Florence, SC.

Estimated Salary Range

$30,000 - $40,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma, be at least 18 years old, and possess at least 6 months of experience in licensed childcare. As an After-School leader, you will supervise school-aged children Monday through Friday from 2:00pm to 5:30pm.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Supervise and engage with students during free play and physical activities.
  • Plan and implement art and craft activities that promote creativity and learning.
  • Maintain a safe and sanitized classroom environment.
  • Distribute snacks to ensure students receive healthy meals and refreshments.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 18 years old.
  • 6 months or more experience in licensed childcare.
Nice to Have
  • ECD 101 or 15 Hour Health Safety Certificate.
  • First Aid CPR certification.
