We are seeking referees to join our team for the upcoming sports leagues

About the Job

This is a seasonal position, available from January to March, with training dates in December. As a referee, you will be responsible for enforcing rules and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all players.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Learn and apply the rules of the assigned sport
  • Start and stop play, correct inappropriate behavior, and monitor safety conditions
  • Inspect playing fields, ensure proper equipment usage, and maintain order during games
Requirements:
  • Minimum age: 16 years old
  • Availability to work Friday evenings from 3:00pm-8:30pm
  • Knowledge of league rules and ability to enforce them
  • Active listening and behavior management skills

The estimated salary for this position is around $15-$20 per hour, based on industry standards and location.
