Job Summary

">

We are seeking a skilled Hospice RN to join our team as a Hospice Registered Nurse. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals with serious illnesses or terminal diagnoses, working closely with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Provide direct patient care services, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians;">
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient;">
  • Assess patient needs and provide emotional support and education to patients and their families;">
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records;">
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • A valid RN license in the state of employment (or eligibility to obtain);">
  • At least one year of experience in hospice, home health, ICU, geriatric, or oncology nursing;">
  • Current driver's license and automobile insurance;">
  • CPR certification.">
