Job Summary:

The Office Administrator is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Real Estate office. This includes supervising support staff, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. If you have prior experience in real estate administration, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Licenses and memberships management
  • Transaction processing and record keeping
  • Facilities maintenance and marketing
  • Customer service and retention
  • Other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate administration
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
