Key Responsibilities:

As a Manual Welder at Mayville Engineering Company, Inc., you will be responsible for performing high-quality welding tasks to meet production requirements. This includes operating a MEC and adhering to safety protocols. You will also be required to train, communicate, and work effectively with others. Basic math skills are necessary for this role.

Requirements:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred. One-year related experience and/or training is also acceptable. Ability to do basic math and work with others is essential.

Working Conditions:

This role is a 2nd Shift position in a Manufacturing environment. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
