">We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in Marin. As a valued member of our staff, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our comprehensive outpatient orthopedic physical therapy company.
">About the Role:

- Collect and record patient care data, following established guidelines and regulatory requirements.">
- Prepare for evaluations, selecting and administering tests and measures as needed.">
- Formulate treatment plans based on evaluation results, goals, and best practices, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and patients' support systems.">
- Provide education and training to patients and their families, promoting functional independence and community reintegration.">
- Oversee support staff, including PTA, ATC, and PT aides, ensuring seamless patient care delivery.">

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy (PT) required; Doctorate degree preferred.">
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice.">
- Completed state-regulated CEU requirement in NY/NJ.">
- Valid CPR license.">
- Experience/knowledge with EMR software is preferred.">
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong clinical decision-making abilities, and a positive, professional demeanor.">
