We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at St. David's Hospice & Family Care. As a hospice RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients and their families during the end-of-life journey.

About Our Team

At St. David's Hospice & Family Care, we pride ourselves on delivering comprehensive hospice care that addresses the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of our patients. Our interdisciplinary team includes physicians, nurses, therapists, hospice aides, social workers, music therapists, spiritual counselors, volunteers, and bereavement specialists. We provide regular scheduled visits and on-call support, ensuring that our patients receive the care they need in the comfort of their own homes or in one of our skilled nursing centers.

A Day in the Life of a Hospice RN

  • Providing direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and established company policies and procedures.
  • Following the plan of care, administering treatments, and collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve positive patient outcomes.
  • Participating in the coordination of hospice services, including reporting identified needs to the interdisciplinary group.

What You'll Need

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Drivers' license.
  • Associate degree or registered nurse diploma.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience required.
